1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from grprints.art, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.
2. Products & Limited Editions
All prints sold on grprints.art are original fine art photographs printed by the artist. Each image is offered as a limited edition of 25 prints per size. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.
Each print is assigned a unique edition number and accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Edition numbers are assigned sequentially at the time of order and communicated to the collector prior to shipment.
Color Disclaimer: Fine art prints are produced to the highest standards using archival fine art papers and professional large-format printing equipment. However, all monitors and display devices render color differently — and only a fully calibrated monitor presenting the uncompressed master image can come close to exact reproduction. The color, tone, and luminosity of a finished print will differ from what you see on screen. This variation is inherent to the medium and is not considered a defect. If you have questions about how a specific image prints, please contact us before ordering.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to domestic US addresses only. Free shipping is included on all orders — no minimum required.
All prints are shipped unframed and rolled in a protective tube. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of your order for production and shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control once a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
5. Damage & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@grprints.art with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange a call tag for pickup and send a replacement print at no charge. Damage claims submitted after 5 business days may not be eligible for replacement.
6. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, and content on grprints.art are the intellectual property of Grant Robison or the credited artist and are protected by US and international copyright law. Purchase of a print grants you the right to display it privately. It does not transfer any reproduction rights, commercial rights, or ownership of the underlying copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any image from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist.
7. Limitation of Liability
GR Fine Art Prints and Grant Robison Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
