The Hudson
2021. I spent that year seeking out high vantage points across the city — different buildings, different perspectives on the same skyline. The Edge at Hudson Yards was one of the premier locations. The catch — shooting through plexiglass. I did my best to avoid reflections, but the shot came out a little soft. I loved the composition too much to walk away from it, so I pushed it in the edit and let it find its own place. The storm rolling in, the sunset burning underneath it, the Hudson stretching all the way to One World Trade. Sometimes the frame is worth fighting for.
